Dara-Lam Soon has placed emphasis on social and community development towards its employee, communities around its vicinity and environment. We provide good housing with clean water, electricity and good infrastructure. We also provide free health care and food aid to the Orang Asli that live around our vicinity.  As for the environment, we have create awareness to our workers the need to care for the earth. The workers have embarked on recycling programme.
